The Willow Pillow itself is not machine washable, as its hypoallergenic memory foam naturally resists odors and bacteria. This helps keep the pillow fresh and clean night after night.
If you order a pillowcase, it is fully machine washable and dryer safe for easy care. For your convenience, any pillowcase included in your order will arrive already placed on the pillow.

The materials used in the Willow Pillow meet strict safety standards and are designed for everyday sleep use. The scent simply comes from the packaging and manufacturing process, not from harmful substances.
Once the pillow airs out, the smell disappears and does not return.
How can I get rid of the smell faster?

- Let it air out in a well-ventilated room
